GRANBERRY PIE (WITHOUT CRUST) | |
2 c. cranberries, fresh 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 c. melted shortening Spread cranberries in greased 10 inch pie pan. Add nuts and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat eggs, beat in 1 cup sugar. Add flour, melted butter and shortening and beat again. Pour over cranberries in pie pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Delicious! Serves 8. |
