BLUEBERRY PUDDING DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Butter (size of walnut) cream in
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten fill measuring cup to make 1 c. of milk
1 pt. blueberries, fresh

Wash blueberries and put in large pot, add 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup sugar; bring to a boil. Mix flour, baking powder, butter and egg and milk to make dumplings. After mixing drop dumplings on top of boiling blueberries. Cover with a tight fitting lid, turn down flame on stove. Cook for 20 minutes.

DO NOT LIFT LID ON POT WHILE COOKING! Serve with milk or cream or ice cream, eat while still warm. Delicious.
