MILLIE'S CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

Prepare a graham cracker crust. Bake 4 minutes at 350 degrees. Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice. Beat 2 eggs. Add the beaten eggs to mixture and continue to beat until consistency is smooth. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

NOTE: May be topped with Thank You Brand cherry pie filling.
