EGGLESS RAISIN CAKE | |
In a large pan boil 1 cup raisins in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup butter, stir and cool. In same pot combine the following: 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 9 or 10 x 10 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. for a 9 x 13 inch pan double the recipe. |
