JELLO CAKE 
STEP 1:

Bake white (or cherry chip) cake mix as directed on package. I use a glass 9 x 13 inch so you can see through the sides of pan. Cool the cake.

STEP 2:

While cake is in oven mix together: 1 large box Jello (any flavor) (I use cherry with the cherry chip cake), 1 1/4 cup boiling water and dissolve Jello. Add 1 cup cold water and let sit, DO NOT CHILL. Poke cooled cake full of holes 1 inch apart. Pour Jello over top and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 env. Dream Whip
1 sm. box instant pudding vanilla flavor
2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 5 to 8 minutes, immediately frost cake.

Another version for topping: 1 large box cooked pudding cooked as directed on package and cool. Add 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip and frost cake immediately.

You can use this to go with color scheme of any party or shower. Nice cool dessert for summer!
