3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Dish detergent
4 plastic cups
1 med. saucepan

Mix sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Add water and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and then thicken. Takes about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool and pour in plastic cups. Add food coloring and small amount of detergent to each cup.
