MALIA'S GREEN BEANS 
2 lb. pkg. frozen green beans
6-8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
Pam or olive oil
Salt and pepper (seasoning)
3/4 c. sherry (alcohol will dissipate with cooking)

Lightly spray or oil grease a large fry pan. Heat pan and add defrosted, well drained beans. Stir fry, stirring constantly, draining off excess water. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until beans are tender. Add seasoning; stir well. Pour sherry over all, stir well. Cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
