CORN CHIP-CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 med. pkg. (3 c.) corn chips
1 (19 oz.) can chili
1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar or American)
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 2 cups of corn chips in bottom of baking dish. Place onion and 1/2 cup of the cheese on chips. Pour chili over this. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
