CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans in sauce
2 c. grated medium sharp cheese (cheddar)
2 c. corn chips

Cook ground beef and onion until just about done. Drain off grease. Place 1/2 chili in 2 quart casserole. Add 1/2 chil beans. Spread 1/2 meat mixture. Add 1 cup cheese and 1 cup corn chips. Repeat layers in order listed. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, covered. Remove cover, bake 15 minutes more.
