RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed

FRUIT MIXTURE:

4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly. Press half of crumbs in greased skillet, add rhubarb. Combine sugar, flour, water and vanilla. Mix well, pour over rhubarb. Add remaining crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
