GERMAN MEATBALLS 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash of pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour

Combine first 6 ingredients; add beef and mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place in skillet. Brown and pour off fat. Add broth, mushrooms, and onion. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, flour, and caraway seed; stir into broth. Cook and stir until it thickens and bubbles. Serve over egg noodles.
