SWEET AND SOUR SLAW | |
1/2 lb. bacon Sm. head cabbage 1 carrot, grated 1 lg. celery stalk, chopped 1/4 head red cabbage 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. cider vinegar 3 tbsp. sour cream 1/4 c. bacon fat Cook bacon. Reserve fat. Slice cabbage, thinly. Add carrot, celery and bacon. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth. Toss together. |
