CYNDI'S PASTA SALAD 
2 whole chicken beans (1 lb. each)
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. Rotelle pasta
3 c. broccoli florets
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges

BASIL MAYONNAISE DRESSING:

Toast 1/2 cup walnut pieces at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Put in blender or food processor. Add 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup packed basil (fresh), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons chopped garlic.

Arrange chicken, brush with butter and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Chill and then tear into narrow strips. Cook pasta and add broccoli last 2 minutes. Drain; rinse under cold water, drain again. Put in large bowl; add chicken, tomato and enough dressing to moisten. Serve with remaining dressing.
