BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. top round or sirloin, cut in bite-size pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 medium can sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. catsup
paprika, salt and pepper
1/2 c. Burgundy wine

Cook onion in butter until transparent; add meat and brown. Add seasonings and sour cream. Cook until tender and add flour if it needs to be thickened. Serve with noodles and salad or veggie.
