STEW BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef
3 tsp. olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. noodles
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. red sherry wine
1 sm. c. sour cream

1. Heat skillet, brown stew beef and remove.

2. Brown onion and garlic. Add flour, add water; make gravy.

3. Return beef; cook until tender.

4. Turn off heat, important to cool.

5. Boil water, salt; add noodles; cook.

6. Add red cooking sherry to beef; stir well.
