FILO CHICKEN PACKETS 
3/4 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 cloves pressed garlic
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dried tarragon

Mix all of the above for sauce.

Add 1 garlic clove that is crushed to: 12 sheets filo 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned Grated Parmesan cheese

Brush 1 sheet of filo with garlic butter. Place second sheet on top and brush with more butter. Place 1 chicken breast in corner and top with small amount of sauce, turn over once and place more sauce on. Fold in sides and roll up. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. They look like burritos. To freeze, wrap in foil and thaw wrapped. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
