CHOCOLATE POPCORN EXTRAVAGANZA | |
2 qts. popped popcorn 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet milk chocolate or chocolate mint pieces OPTIONAL: 4 tsp. instant flavored coffee powder (Swiss Mocha, Cafe Amaretto, Cappuccino) Combine chocolate pieces with coffee powder, if desired, in a small saucepan on top of a double boiler. Melt over hot water, stirring to blend. Pour over warm popped corn and mix well. Spread on waxed paper and let set. Break into pieces to serve. Makes 2 quarts. |
