PISTACHIO PASTRY 
Can also use chocolate or lemon pudding.

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter, sugar and nuts with pastry blender. Press into the bottom of oblong Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool it. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

Take pudding and milk, mix together. Spoon into crust. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Serves 12.
