CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chiles, seeded
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Line buttered casserole dish with chiles, add grated cheese over chiles. Add more chiles then more cheese. Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Serves 8-12 people.
