PINEAPPLE WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. cubed apple (about 2 med.)
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/3 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well. Serve on lettuce.
