MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. bunch Romaine lettuce
1 sm. can mandarin oranges sections, drained
1 (2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
1/2 c. Old Dutch sweet and sour dressing
1 tsp. butter

Wash, drain and remove the hard vein on the lettuce leaves. Tear into bite-size pieces. In small frying pan, saute almonds in butter until warm and slightly toasted. Place lettuce, almonds, dressing and drained mandarin orange sections in large bowl. Toss until lettuce is coated.
