COCOON COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add flour, water, vanilla and nuts. Roll in shape of cocoons. Bake until lightly browned in 350 degree oven. Roll in powdered sugar.
