COCA COLA CAKE

1. Sift together:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

2. Bring to a boil:

2 c. Coke
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter

3. Pour #2 into #1 and stir.

4. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk in with 1 teaspoon baking soda.

5. Add 2 beaten eggs.

6. Stir in 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows.

7. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

8. Make Icing for Coca Cola Cake by boiling:

6 tbsp. Coke
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter

9. Stir in 1 box confectioners' sugar.

10. Add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
