PINEAPPLE NUT ICING 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
12 cherries
Confectioners' sugar

Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan until mixture turns to syrup. Shut off fire, add pineapple, nuts, cherries, then add confectioners' sugar until spreading consistency.
