1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
48 Hershey's kisses candy

In bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, vanilla and salt until blended. Add flour and soda, mixing well. Shape dough into 48 balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and immediately place Hershey kiss in center, pressing down firmly. Remove from baking sheet, cool.
