PEACHES 
8 med. ripe peaches (peeled & pitted)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
Chianti wine - enough to cover peaches

Cut peaches into medium thin slices, put the slices in a large glass bowl. Add the lemon juice and sugar and over the peaches with wine. Refrigerate for several hours. Spoon peaches and wine into individual bowls to serve. Serves 4.
