PEACHES WITH STRAWBERRY 
2 cans peaches, drained or 6 sm. peaches, sliced
4 tbsp. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. red or white wine (or beer)
4 tbsp. strawberry jam

In medium sized fry pan, cook the sugar until light brown in color. (Lemon juice, butter, wine and jam), and let cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Add the peaches and bring to a boil. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm over ice cream or pound cake. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
