BATTER CRUST PIZZA AND SAUCE 
1 c. all purpose flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water

Grease pizza pan. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add water to dry ingredients. Add 1-3 teaspoons water to batter to make batter flour over pan when tilted. Batter will be thick but spread easily. Bake crust 5-7 minutes, or until crust dry to touch. Add pizza sauce and spread easily over crust. Add toppings of choice, then Mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 14-18 minutes in a 350 degree oven until crust light brown.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Mix all ingredients, approximately 1/2 cup per pizza.

Double both recipes for two pizzas.
