CHICKEN ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lg. chicken
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco powder
1 lg. bag Doritos
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. minced onion

Boil chicken and debone. Mix soups, spices, and chicken broth together. In baking dish, put one layer of Doritos, then one layer of chicken. Add one layer of soup mixture, then one layer of cheese. Repeat again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
