LEMON CHILLED DESSERT 
1 can condensed milk - very cold
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello dissolved in 1 pt. of boiling water
1/2 lb. crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar

Whip condensed milk until like whipped cream. Whip Jello mixture after it has been chilled until syrupy. Fold together. Beat in lemon juice and sugar.

Place 1/2 of crushed vanilla wafers on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mixture over the wafer crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Chill until firm.

This makes an excellent luncheon dessert. It is light and lemony.
