BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 chicken, cut up
Enough uncooked rice to cover the bottom of a roasting pan
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can water

Cover bottom of a roasting pan with the rice. Evenly spread the dry onion soup over the rice. Place chicken pieces on top and cover with the chicken soup mixed with water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Check in 30 minutes to see that the rice has not gone dry. Add water if needed
