1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
5 c. or more of Special K cereal

FROSTING:

6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring to full boil the sugar, butter, and syrup. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter. Mix. Add 5 or more cupfuls of Special "K" cereal. Mix well and press into 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together and frost bars with this frosting.
