CHRUSESCIK - POLISH COOKIE 
2 c. flour
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 jigger rum or vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat all the eggs and salt until thick and lemon colored. Then add sugar, butter and rum. Continue to beat. Fold in flour and knead until dough blisters. Cut the dough in half, roll very thin and cut into strips 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Slit each piece in the center and pull one end through the slit. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned. Drain on paper toweling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
