BOW TIE COOKIES 
6 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour

Beat egg yolks well. Stir in sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg and sour cream to form soft dough ball. Take 1/2 dough and roll out on well floured board. Make sure dough is rolled very thin. Cut in strips about 1 1/2 inches wide. Cut each strip into 3 or 4 pieces. With knife, cut slit in each piece, twist one end through to form bowl. Fry in deep fat until slightly brown on each side. Drain on paper towels. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar. Yields 8 dozen.
