BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Place bananas, eggs, butter, sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar into blender. Whirl until smooth. Mix together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Pour banana mixture over flour mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in nuts. Turn into greased 9 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until bread tests done when skewer is inserted in the center. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then turn onto wire rack.
