BERRY PARFAITS 
3/4 c. Butter Crunch
1 c. Yoplait yogurt (any flavor)
1 c. fresh berries

Prepare Butter Crunch. For each serving, alternate layers of 1 tablespoon Butter Crunch, 2 tablespoons yogurt and 2 tablespoons berries in parfait glass. Top with 1 tablespoon Butter Crunch. Garnish with berries.

BUTTER CRUNCH:

1/2 c. firm butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. Gold Medal flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans, chopped walnuts or flaked coconut

Take ingredients for Butter Crunch from above. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut butter into brown sugar, flour and pecans until particles are size of small peas. Spread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes - stir - cool completely.
