BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli, cook as directed
1 can celery soup, dilute with 1/2 can milk
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (mixed with 1 stick melted butter)
Cheese (optional)

Layer in buttered dish. First broccoli, 1/2 soup mixture then crumbs. Make 2 layers. Sprinkle with favorite cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
