CHEESECAKE DIP 
3 oz. light Philadelphia brand Neufchatel cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. low fat milk
2 c. thawed Cool Whip lite
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar, milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cube cakes. 6 calories per teaspoon.

Excellent for assorted fruits.
