CHEESECAKE DIP 
3 oz. Light Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
2 c. Cool Whip Lite whipped topping
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes. Makes 2 cups. (6 calories per teaspoon.)
