NORMA'S BAR-BE-QUE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Marinate chicken pieces in mixture keeping refrigerated, about 1/2 to 1 hour. Place on grill, on low until chicken is done. To cut down on extra fat take skin off chicken.
