SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. minced onion 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 soup can of water cooked rice Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs, drain drippings. In the same pan stir in soup and water. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring often. Serve with rice. |
