EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. cubed stew beef
4 carrots, quartered
4 onions, quartered
4 potatoes, quartered
Chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic salt
1 can tomato soup

Put in pot and add 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 can of water. Cover with foil and a lid (tightly seal). Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 4 1/2 hours.
