WESTERN CHILI 
1 sm. round steak
1 pork steak
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 chili roll (concentrated chili found in freezer section)
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 lg. onion
1 green bell pepper
3 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can Brooks Chili Hot Beans
1 can fancy kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. butter

Cut steaks into small pieces and brown slowly until fully cooked. Drain. Brown ground round, drain and place all meat in Dutch oven.

Slowly heat chili roll in skillet until dissolved and add to meat mixture. Dice onion and green pepper; saute in butter. Add beans, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and chili mix and chili powder to the meat mixture. Simmer on low heat for at least one hour. Add salt and pepper to your own taste.
