EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3-4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. water
3 c. confectioners' sugar (must be sifted)
1/8 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the 3 to 4 squares unsweetened chocolate and 3 tablespoons water over hot water (use double boiler). Measure 3 cups sifted (a must) confectioners' sugar and add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 7 tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla; blend.

Mixture will be thin at first. Make at least 1 hour before using for best results.
