HEALTHY STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
Onions, sliced
Celery, sliced diagonally
Broccoli, cut into sm. pieces
Cauliflower, cut into pieces
Carrots, sliced diagonally
Dash of chili powder
Dash of Mrs. Dash
Dash of soy sauce

Heat wok or heavy skillet to very hot with small amount of vegetable oil. Add vegetables, stir, and add seasonings. Delicious and very low calorie.
