SPANISH CHICKEN SAUTE | |
1 chicken fryer, skinned & cut up 2 tbsp. oil 1 onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. ground coriander (or dash cinnamon) 1 can chicken broth 1 can milk 1/2 c. white wine Pepper Brown chicken in the oil. Remove chicken and brown onion. Drain extra oil. Add remaining ingredients and chicken, cover and simmer about 30 minutes. |
