CORNMEAL SUGAR PIE 
3 eggs
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cornmeal (yellow)
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat eggs, add sugar and cornmeal. Blend in softened butter. Add milk and flavorings. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then reduce to medium low, 325 degrees, and bake until firm in center, 30 minutes or longer.
