CRISP MUSTARD - BAKED PORK CHOPS 
2 slices bread
Salt
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
Pepper
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make bread into crumbs in a blender/food processor. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir in butter. Coat both sides of pork chops with mustard.

Put in shallow roasting pan. Distribute crumb mixture over chops and pat lightly so it clings. Bake until brown about 30 minutes.
