RAISIN LOAF BREAD 
2 c. raisins
2 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Combine raisins, water, soda and bring to boil. Cool completely. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add raisin mixture. Add flour gradually and fold in nuts. Pour into loaf pans - greased and floured (2 large or 4 small). Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour for large or 45-50 minutes for small pans.
