AMBROSIA 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple (in juice or syrup)
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments
1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. dairy sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar

Drain pineapple. Drain oranges. Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts. Mix sour cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir into fruit mixture and chill.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
